Each flat comprises of a large lounge, complete with kitchen and dining area, one double bedroom and well appointed bathroom with both bath and shower. The lounge has a double sofa bed and one flat also has a single bed chair.

There is a television and during opening hours access to a public telephone in the golf clubhouse. The well equipped kitchen area has a kettle, toaster, microwave, gas hob and fridge. The flats are furnished to a high standard with gas central heating and electricity included in the price. Towels and bedlinen are also provided.

The flats have panoramic views overlooking the historic market town of Kirkby Lonsdale and are within easy reach of the Lake District, Yorkshire Dales and North Lancashire, Blackpool and Morecambe. They are ideally situated for walking, golfing and generally relaxing in this peaceful area.

For the golfer there is a 50% reduction in green fees at Casterton Golf Course and there are at least 17 other courses within a 25 mile radius.
